Information the quote form may collect

The quote form may collect your name, email, phone number if provided, business or brand name, website and social links, project details, budget range, timeline, notes, existing footage links, and other context you choose to include.

How that information is used

Information from the quote form is used to respond to quote requests, evaluate whether the project is a fit, recommend practical next steps, ask useful follow-up questions, and communicate about possible or active projects.

Formspree and email

Quote form submissions are processed through Formspree. Formspree sends quote notifications to the business email so Maverick Beach Creative can review and reply. Formspree has its own privacy and security practices.

No selling personal information

Maverick Beach Creative does not sell personal information from quote requests. Your information is not used to add you to unrelated spam lists.

Analytics, cookies, and basic logs

This site does not currently rely on a visible cookie banner or heavy tracking setup. Basic hosting or platform logs may still record standard technical information such as page requests, browser type, device type, and approximate technical location. Privacy-respecting analytics may be added later to understand site performance and improve the experience.

Third-party links

The site may link to Instagram, Google, Formspree, client sites, file-sharing tools, or other external websites. Those websites have their own privacy policies and practices.
